Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute your agreement with Horsham Airport Express Cabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

• In this agreement, “Horsham Airport Express Cabs,” “we,” or “us” denotes the service-providing company, while “you” and “your” refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

• 2.1 To ensure timely arrival, it is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey, particularly for airport transfers with designated check-in times. Horsham Airport Express Cabs is not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the scheduled collection time.

2.2 Ordering a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. We do not guarantee the accommodation of excess luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

• 3.1 Our quoted prices, unless otherwise specified, are exclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT will be charged separately. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant itinerary changes.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs after the landing time. Additional waiting time beyond this period will be charged at the standard Horsham Airport Express Cabs waiting rate.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, carefully review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Horsham Airport Express Cabs of any discrepancies will absolve us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

• 4.1 You are accountable for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger capacity will not exceed licensing or insurance limits.

Cancellations

• 5.1 Notify Horsham Airport Express Cabs as soon as possible for cancellations. Charges apply for cancellations after dispatch, based on the driver’s time and distance to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may incur charges.

Liability

• 6.1 Horsham Airport Express Cabs is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car promptly.

6.4 You shall not hold Horsham Airport Express Cabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

• 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

• 8.1 Horsham Airport Express Cabs may subcontract obligations as stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions, with changes reflected on this page. Regularly review these terms to stay informed. Existing bookings will be honored at applicable rates when the booking is made.

8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Horsham Airport Express Cabs and yourself.

8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions intends to confer benefits to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless expressly agreed in writing.

Disputes

• Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Horsham Airport Express Cabs is not obliged to address claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
